  • Federal environmental laws.  
    Contains major environmental statutes enacted to address the problems of pollutants in the air, water, and land. A comprehensive environmental index to the United States Code Annotated® is also provided. Other topics considered include coastal zone management, ocean pollution monitoring and planning, environmental taxes, the national climate program, and nuclear waste policy.
